Another option is to send the complete product back to us, where we will run a full diagnostic, repair the product and send back to you.
Within first year after purchasing, any defective product due to materials or production failure from AOE will be repaired by AOE without any extra service fee. The shipping & handling charges from customer to AOE for service will be paid by buyer. The shipping fee from AOE to customer for sending back will be paid by us.
After warranty period, the customer needs to send back service products to Persiavision to Check. The service and repairing cost has to be charged which will be notified by PersiavisionD. All the in and out shipping charges are at buyer's account.
SOFTWARE :
AOE software has been extensively tested and documented to ensure stability and user friendly use. Once you find a bug, please report it to AOE for improvement. After resolution ready, we will provide to you of any revision and fixes. Support for message programming, graphics creation, and third party software integration are not covered by AOE warranty and will be charged an extra service fee if happen. |
